The applique panel atop star blocks and extended 9-patch blocks is laden with crisp snowy hills beneath a star-filled night; it is the perfect setting for snowmen, angels, a little village, and Santa with his tiny reindeer flying through the night sky. The quilt can easily be embellished with beads, buttons, and embroidery, making it an extra-special quilt for celebrating a season of joy.  The blocks are all 8-inch blocks.  The finished quilt top fabric used assorted flannels, special note:  fabrics vary, but will be close to original, we extended the applique background rather than adding the assorted pieced squares to each end.
